We do our best to provide a complete invoice at the time of discharge. However, due to caseload and the timing of certain services, all charges may not have posted to your account by the time of your pet’s discharge. In such instances, you will be invoiced for any outstanding charges for the services provided during your pet’s visit.

An itemized invoice with the remaining balance will be sent to you after a review period of 10 to 15 days. The review process utilizes the medical record to ensure all services provided are accurately invoiced. Payment is expected in full within 30 days of receiving the invoice.
